About Us
The Association of Interior REALTORS® is a real estate association representing approximately more than 2,600 REALTOR® members across the Interior of British Columbia. Our membership extends from Kamloops and the Thompson Shuswap region through Revelstoke and the Okanagan, and eastward across the Kootenays.
Through offering a variety of technology solutions, education and advocacy, we advance professionalism, support REALTOR® growth, and strengthen consumer confidence as the 3rd largest real estate association in British Columbia.

Becoming a Member
To practice as a REALTOR® in British Columbia, you must first be licensed through the BC Financial Services Authority (BCFSA). Once licensed, you can apply to the Association of Interior REALTORS®, your local real estate association serving members across the Interior of BC.
Joining the Association provides access to the MLS® System and other technological solutions, professional standards and compliance support, and a range of education and networking opportunities. As an Association member, you also belong to the British Columbia Real Estate Association (BCREA) and the Canadian Real Estate Association (CREA), allowing you to use the REALTOR® designation and participate fully in the professional real estate community.
